How do I sign up?
Click Sign Up in the top right and register with your email. After signing up you can save favorites and manage your profile and preferences in the member area.
How do I log in or reset my password?
- Log in: Click Log In and enter your email and password
- Forgot password: On the login page, choose Forgot password and follow the email instructions
What are preferences for?
Under Preferences in the member area you can change display language and currency. Converted prices are for reference only; what you pay is determined by your purchasing agent.
Search and Browse
How do I search for products?
Enter a keyword in the homepage or top bar search box and press Enter. Clicking clear resets the search.
How do I filter by category or brand?
Go to Explore and use the filter panel to choose category, brand, or price range. Some filters refresh the list automatically when changed.
How do I save favorites?
While logged in, click the favorite icon on a product page or in a list. Manage all favorites on Favorites.
Purchasing and Agents
What is a purchasing agent?
A purchasing agent (daigou) is a third-party service that orders from Chinese marketplaces (such as 1688, Taobao, and Weidian) on your behalf, receives goods at a warehouse for QC, and ships internationally to you.
How do I buy through this site?
- Browse and find a product on our site
- Open the product page and click Buy Now
- Choose a purchasing agent and confirm the redirect
- Complete checkout and payment on the agent's website
Important: The purchase happens on the agent platform, not on our site.
What happens after I click Continue?
You leave our site and the agent opens in a new window. They use the product source link; you enter your address, choose shipping, and pay on their site. Tracking and after-sales are handled there.
Can you view or change my orders?
No. We do not have your order data and cannot intervene in agent transactions. For order lookup, cancellation, refunds, or shipping, contact your agent's support directly.
Pricing and Currency
Are displayed prices accurate?
Prices on our site are reference prices from when the listing was collected. They may be outdated or affected by exchange rates. Strikethrough prices are suggested retail for reference only. International shipping is not included. The final amount is set when you order through your agent.
Why do prices differ by currency?
We convert using configured exchange rates for display and comparison only. The currency and amount you pay are decided by your purchasing agent.
QC and Quality
What are QC photos?
QC (Quality Check) photos are taken by the agent at their warehouse after receiving goods, so you can confirm before international shipping. Whether QC is offered and how it works depends on each agent's policy.
What if the item doesn't match what was shown?
Handle it in this order:
- Before international shipping: Contact your agent and request an exchange or refund based on QC photos (usually within their policy)
- After international shipping: Follow the agent's after-sales rules; returning goods to China can be costly
- Listing errors (e.g. wrong title or images): Email support@putiancatalog.com to report a correction — we do not handle transaction compensation
Common Issues
The agent link won't open or shows an error?
Make sure your browser is not blocking pop-ups. If it still fails, the agent may be temporarily unavailable or the product link may be invalid. Try again later or choose another agent.
The product looks available here but the agent says it's sold out?
Source listings change often; our data may lag. Browse similar products or ask your agent if an alternative link exists.
Site information doesn't match the actual product?
Products come from third-party sellers; the source marketplace is authoritative. Email support@putiancatalog.com to report clear errors and we will review and update when possible.
Do I have to pay to use this site?
No. Browsing, search, and favorites are free. We may earn a commission when you shop via our agent links at no extra cost to you.
