This guide explains how to discover products from the Putian area and surrounding supply regions on our platform, and how to buy through a third-party purchasing agent.
Step 1: Browse or Create an Account
You can browse and search without signing up. A free account lets you save favorites and configure language and currency in your preferences.
Step 2: Search and Filter
Find products in several ways:
- Keyword search: Enter a term on the homepage or in the top bar and press Enter
- Browse by category: Use the Catalogs page
- Filter by brand: On the Brands page or Explore view
- Explore filters: On Explore, combine category, brand, and price range, and sort by popularity, newest, or price
Step 3: View Product Details
On a product page you can:
- View images and QC photos (where available)
- Select specs/SKUs (if the product has variants)
- See reference prices and descriptions
- Add the item to favorites (requires login)
Pricing note: Displayed prices are for comparison only and may vary with exchange rates. The amount you pay is set by your purchasing agent. International shipping is charged separately.
Step 4: Buy Through a Purchasing Agent
- Click Buy Now on the product page
- Choose a purchasing agent in the dialog
- Click Continue — a new tab opens on that agent's site
- Ordering, payment, QC, and international shipping all happen on the agent platform
After you leave our site, the third party's terms of service, privacy policy, and return rules apply on their own.
What Purchasing Agents Handle
A purchasing agent (daigou) is a third-party service that buys from Chinese marketplaces and ships internationally. Typical services include:
- Placing orders and paying source sellers
- Receiving goods at a warehouse and taking QC photos
- Packing and international shipping
- After-sales support and returns (per their own policies)
Fees, timelines, and policies differ by agent — read their site before ordering.
