Who Handles After-Sales

After you buy through a purchasing agent:

  • Purchasing agent: Order management, QC, international shipping, and platform-level refund/exchange policies
  • Source seller (1688, Taobao, Weidian, etc.): Product quality, listing accuracy, and domestic return rules

We only display product information and outbound links. We are not the seller, agent, or a party to your contract, and cannot request refunds or arrange returns on your behalf.

Details vary by platform; always follow the terms that apply to your order.

Before international shipping (recommended window)

Agents usually take QC photos when goods arrive at their warehouse. If you are not satisfied:

  • Contact the agent within their stated deadline
  • Request a refund or exchange
  • Costs are often limited to domestic return shipping at this stage
  • Many agents offer free or low-cost domestic returns

After international shipping

Once a parcel has shipped, returns become harder and more expensive:

  • Items may need to be sent back to China; international return shipping is usually paid by the buyer
  • Some agents do not accept returns after shipping, or only allow exchanges
  • Read the agent's after-sales terms before ordering

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to the purchasing agent account you used to order
  2. Open the order and use its refund/after-sales entry
  3. Submit a request with QC photos or a description of the issue
  4. Coordination with the source seller is handled within the agent's process

Do not email us to request order refunds — we cannot access or operate agent order systems.

We will not:

  • Mediate disputes between you and an agent or seller
